FINRA recently sued Defelice, a broker with J.P. Turner & Company, LLC, alleging that Defelice committed securities fraud in the sale of a hedge fund and for engaging in highly aggressive short-term trading in the hedge fund.  We are investigating Defelice and this hedge fund and are willing to accept cases from victimized investors.
