Qi Chen, through his companies, Alexander Financial Services, Inc., ATM Investors, Inc. and All In 1 Insurance Agency, improperly sold viaticals, notes and “certificates of deposit.” We have filed an arbitration claim on behalf of several victimized investors against Chen’s prior employer, Allstate Financial Services, LLC, and we are willing to accept cases from other victims.
