Bernstein was suspended from the securities industry for his involvement in the sale of promissory notes.  His prior broker/dealer, Investors Capital Corporation, received complaints concerning Bernstein’s sale of investments in a Florida company called Sea Aerospace.  We are investigating Bernstein and Sea Aerospace and are willing to accept cases from victimized investors.
