Danial de Sade (CRD # 4890224, Registered Representative, Peoria, Arizona) submitted an Offer of Settlement in which he was barred from association with any FINRA member in any capacity. Without admitting or denying the allegations, de Sade consented to the described sanction and to the entry of findings that he failed to provide timely testimony as FINRA requested and provided false, misleading and incomplete information to FINRA in response to written requests for information.
