Jennifer Evelyn Cheeseman (CRD # 5072581, Registered Representative, Stapleton, Alabama) submitted a Letter of Acceptance, Waiver and Consent in which she was barred from association with any FINRA member in any capacity. Without admitting or denying the findings, Cheeseman consented to the described sanction and to the entry of findings that she altered term life insurance policies in order to falsely represent that a husband and wife applying for insurance had life insurance coverage as set forth in the invalid policy contracts. The findings stated that Cheeseman sent the customers a policy that belonged to other customers, after falsifying the applicants’ names and dates of the policy. The findings also stated that when the customers brought discrepancies to her attention, she provided them with another altered policy, and accepted a check from the customers for premium payments.
