Jesse John Hinkley (CRD # 5098659, Registered Representative, New Fairfield, Connecticut) was barred from association with any FINRA member in any capacity. The sanction was based on findings that Hinkley made material misrepresentations and omissions to customers and failed to respond to FINRA requests for testimony. The findings stated that Hinkley engaged in improper telephone solicitations of potential customers in connection with the offer of securities, and made untrue statements of material facts and omitted to state material facts necessary to make the statements made, in light of the circumstances under which they were made, not misleading. The findings also stated that Hinkley used unapproved, misleading telemarketing scripts in connection with the solicitations.
