Jose Hernandez Manjarres (CRD #2718838, Registered Representative, Lincolnton, North Carolina) submitted an Offer of Settlement in which he was barred from association with any NASD member in any capacity. Without admitting or denying the allegations, Manjarres consented to the described sanction and to the entry of findings that he effected, or caused to be effected, transactions in the joint account of public customers without their authorization, knowledge or consent.
