Kenneth Stuart Nierenberg (CRD # 1596132, Registered Principal, Central Valley, New York) submitted an Offer of Settlement in which he was barred from association with any FINRA member in any capacity. Without admitting or denying the allegations, Nierenberg consented to the described sanction and to the entry of findings that, without authorization or consent, he converted elderly public customers’ funds totaling $92,469.22 for his own benefit.
