Tamra Renee Morriston (CRD # 2778559, Registered Representative, Summersville, West Virginia) submitted an Offer of Settlement in which she was barred from association with any FINRA member in any capacity. Without admitting or denying the allegations, Morriston consented to the described sanction and to the entry of findings that she engaged in outside business activities without her member firm’s prior written notice.
