Heidi Tabet-Goke (CRD # 4689196, Registered Representative, Albuquerque, New Mexico) was barred from association with any FINRA member in any capacity. The sanction was based on FINRA’s findings that Tabet-Goke misused $3,102 in insurance premiums that she received from public customers. The findings stated that the funds were to be applied to payment of insurance premiums, and Tabet-Goke neither transmitted the funds to the insurance carrier nor returned them to the customers. The findings also stated that Tabet-Goke failed to respond to FINRA’s requests for information.
