A graduate of Duke University Law School at age 21, Mr. Nekvasil has more than thirty years of legal experience, including seven years as Regional General Counsel for the NASD in New Orleans. As NASD Regional General Counsel, Mr. Nekvasil prosecuted hundreds of cases against stockbrokers for violations of securities laws and industry rules. Mr. Nekvasil has served as a lecturer at arbitrator training seminars for the NASD and been quoted in publications such as the Wall Street Journal.
